IP & Likeness Rules

You may upload a reference photo if, and only if, one of the following is true:

• It is a photo of yourself, and you are 18+.
• You hold an executed written model release from the subject covering AI training and adult-themed derivative works.
• The subject has explicitly authorized you in writing to use their likeness on vixn for the intended purpose.

If you cannot honestly check one of those boxes, do not upload the reference. Any other use violates these rules, the Terms of Use, and likely the laws of your jurisdiction.

2.1Self-likeness: photos of you, by you, where you are unambiguously the subject.

2.2Consented adults: a real person 18+ has provided a model release covering AI generation, adult themes, and the platforms you intend to publish on.

2.3Wholly fictional characters: AI-derived, illustration-derived, or composite references not depicting any real person.

These will result in immediate, permanent account termination and may be reported to law enforcement:

3.1Any subject under 18 — or any subject who could reasonably appear under 18 — in any sexual, suggestive, or nude context.

3.2Any real person who has not given documented, informed consent.

3.3Deceased persons, except direct family with documented consent of the estate or next of kin.

3.4Persons depicted under duress, coercion, or while incapacitated.

3.5Religious figures, ritual figures, or culturally protected likenesses where local law prohibits depiction.

4.1Public figures and celebrities require the same documented consent as anyone else. Fame is not consent.

4.2Generating recognizable likenesses of celebrities, athletes, politicians, or influencers in sexual contexts without their explicit written permission is a hard prohibition. We use likeness-detection on every upload and every generation.

5.1Ex-partners, current partners, coworkers, classmates, neighbors, friends-of-friends — all require explicit, documented consent. “She wouldn’t mind” is not consent.

5.2Revenge-themed, harassment-themed, or non-consensual depictions are reported to law enforcement and may trigger civil and criminal liability in your jurisdiction.

6.1If you are an adult creator generating likenesses of yourself, you retain full rights to the Output. This is the platform’s intended use.

6.2If you are an agency, manager, or studio generating likenesses of a contracted talent, you must hold a model release from the talent that explicitly covers AI generation and the commercial platforms you intend to publish on. Standard adult-industry releases that pre-date AI may not be sufficient — when in doubt, get a new one.

7.1All uploaded references are scanned by automated likeness, age-estimation, and CSAM detection on submission.

7.2Generations are spot-audited. Accounts producing prohibited content at any point are terminated retroactively — all prior renders are unprotected.

7.3We cooperate fully with NCMEC, IWF, INHOPE, and equivalent agencies.

8.1Output derived from eligible references (Section 2) is yours to use as described in Terms §7.

8.2Output derived from prohibited references is unlawful. You hold no ownership rights, and we will assist any rightful claimant in seizing or destroying such Output.

9.1If you believe content on vixn depicts you, or anyone, without consent, email abuse@vixn.app with as much identifying information as you can provide. We act on credible reports within 24 hours.

9.2For child-safety concerns, contact NCMEC’s CyberTipline (US) or your national equivalent immediately, in addition to reporting to us.
