Terms of Use

1.1By accessing or using vixn (the “Platform”), you (the “User”, “you”) accept these Terms of Use (the “Terms”) and the related Privacy Policy and IP & Likeness Rules. If you do not accept them in their entirety, you may not use the Platform.

1.2These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and DEVHOUSE (the “Operator”, “we”, “our”).

2.1You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher age of majority in your jurisdiction, to access vixn. By using the Platform you represent that you meet this requirement.

2.2You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

2.3vixn is not available in jurisdictions where adult-content tools are restricted or prohibited. You are responsible for ensuring access is lawful where you reside.

3.1You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3.2You may not share, sell, or transfer your account. One human, one account.

4.1You may use vixn to create adult-themed AI imagery and video using references you own or have explicit written permission to use.

4.2You may use Generated Output for commercial purposes subject to Section 7, the IP & Likeness Rules, and applicable law.

4.3You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract any model weights, prompts, or proprietary methodology from the Platform.

The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate, permanent termination and may be reported to law enforcement and applicable hotlines (NCMEC, IWF, INHOPE):

5.1References or generated content depicting minors, or any subject who could reasonably appear to be under 18, in any sexual, suggestive, or nude context.

5.2References of any person without their explicit, documented consent. This includes, without limitation, public figures, celebrities, ex-partners, coworkers, and acquaintances.

5.3Content depicting non-consensual acts, sexual violence, bestiality, incest, or any act prohibited under the law of any major jurisdiction (US, EU, UK).

5.4Content used for harassment, defamation, doxing, extortion, or any form of unlawful targeting of another person.

5.5Use of Generated Output to deceive a third party into believing the subject is real (e.g. dating-app fraud, impersonation, romance scams).

6.1You retain ownership of references you upload (“Input”). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to process the Input solely to provide the service to you (training your private model, generating output, operating the queue).

6.2We do not share, sell, or use your Input to train any general-purpose model. Your Input is not co-mingled with other users’ data. See the Privacy Policy for storage and retention details.

6.3You warrant that you have the legal right to upload every reference, including all necessary consents and releases from the subject(s) depicted. See the IP & Likeness Rules.

7.1Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable law, you own the AI-generated images and video produced from your Inputs (“Output”).

7.2We do not watermark, claim ownership of, or restrict commercial use of your Output. You may distribute, sell, license, or destroy it as you see fit.

7.3Ownership is contingent on lawful Input. Output derived from prohibited Input (Section 5) is unlawful and unprotected.

8.1Plan pricing and credit costs are listed on the Pricing page. We may update pricing on 30 days’ notice; changes will not apply to credits already purchased.

8.2Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by law or where we have failed to deliver a paid service.

8.3Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

9.1API access and white-label deployments are governed by a separate commercial agreement that incorporates these Terms by reference. See the API page and White-label page.

9.2API consumers are responsible for enforcing these Terms with their own end-users, including age verification, consent, and prohibited-content rules.

10.1We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

10.2On termination we may delete your account, references, and Output. We may retain records as required by law (e.g. evidence of prohibited conduct for reporting to authorities).

11.1The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11.2We do not warrant that Output will meet any specific quality, photorealism, or likeness standard. AI generation is inherently probabilistic.

12.1To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with your use of vixn is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.

12.2We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

13.1We may amend these Terms. Material changes will be notified via email and an in-app prompt. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

14.1These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California, except where prohibited by applicable consumer law.
